Shipping Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy. The following terms apply to all products purchased from us:

1. Return Period: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any items for a refund or exchange. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must have all original tags. Returns will only be accepted for sizing issues or product damage.

3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

4. Return Process:
   - Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
   - Ensure the item is in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
   - You will receive a tracking label via email to stick on the packaging for shipping.
   - Ship the item back to us using the provided tracking label.

5. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

6. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item due to sizing issues or product damage, please contact our customer service team for instructions.
